Masisa is a multinational company ranked among the top 20 companies in the world for particleboard and fiberboard. It operates in seven Latin American countries and is in the midst of a digital transformation. As a leader in wood panel production, Masisa aims to streamline its processes and improve company performance.

Development Objective

Migration of the web applications for Order Tracking and B2B E-Commerce, which were originally operating on the company's internal infrastructure (SAP) and did not offer scalability for continuous improvement.

    In this way, Garage Labs developed both applications from scratch to enable continuous scaling of both the software and infrastructure, migrating to cloud servers (AWS). It required 15 development cycles (Sprints), during which integrations with SAP, PIM, and the Order Management System were created through REST APIs, working closely with Masisa's IT team.
